To start earning United miles with e-Rewards visit their MileagePlus signup page and fill out the application form. For becoming a new e-Rewards member you will be able to earn 250 bonus miles. To earn these 250 miles, all you have to do is complete one survey within the first three months of activating your account.

After earning the 250 bonus miles, you can continue using e-Rewards to earn hundreds of additional miles. E-Rewards is a program that provides members with market research surveys. When a member completes these surveys, they are awarded with e-Rewards currency. E-Rewards currency can be saved and exchanged for United MileagePlus miles.
